How Much Hometime????

    How much hometime are you supposed to get for every week out?
    My Operations Manager said because I was able to go by the house, it was on Sunday, and didn't get unloaded / reloaded at the same place until Monday noon, that Sunday & Monday counted as hometime since I didn't leave until Tuesday morning.

    And like today I'm delivering, even though got here Friday night, and getting truck serviced today, he said this counts too, because my truck is my responsibility not his.

    I think I deserve more hometime.

    Tell him to F'off.
    I take two days every week. Any part of a day spent operating a vehicle, even if only an hour is not a day off.

    If he does not like it replace the company.

    That's not as bad as when the "operations manager" tries to get you to leave back out an hour after you arrived home because something about some milk man will be here soon.
