They keep pushing it back(the dates to be compliant) The problem is everyone is b r o k e! We are just barely getting back on our feet from the recession, I had everything book marked in my pc if have time I will look it all up again and post links. Im thinking about buying another truck and if im not mistaken its has to be an 09 or newer to be compliant here in California. But I will find some hard numbers and post them up over the weekend.

OMG, Listen folks... NONE and I mean NONE of the diesel exhaust reduction scams work. Lets first look at the goofy filter regenerators (Cat, Maxx Farce etc) What a freaken joke... Oh yeah, when it works... if it works... it just burns off all carbon in a parked regen... hopefully in NV or AZ not Cal....
OK OK, let's look at the DEF systems (piggy pi$$)... Wow, they say they reduce nitrogen oxide emissions which has what to do with carbon? Opps, freaken nothing? Oh yeah, guess what the new chrome pipes look like after a year of running DEF.... Wow, they look nice now huh? What, is causing that eaten up crude on the chrome? Oh that is nitric acid my friend, must be WONDERFUL for the environment... at least the tree hugging nature nazi's MUST think so.... Oh, but it's NOT about the environment it's about green company money isn't it.

This is so much Bull, I just cant believe no one is standing up for their rights. Everyone out here in CA, just really going to bend over?
Truck is a 2002, with 170K miles. Rep stated, if it does not pass the heat test, it can not be retrofitted, and you'll need a newer one. New one was estimated at 75K, but don't qualify for a new one.... Guess Ill sign up for welfare and food stamps -
