How much is weekly pay when you are with a mentor?

Most training companies changed to minimum wage per actual working hour ... why? Because they were sued for the old way, saying they weren't paying minimum wage ... so now they pay minimum wage and everyone is happy .... you're happy now aren't you?

 

Interesting. Used to be 200 at orientation complete and then 200 a week until trained.

550 or more per week as a trainee is better than some of our gross at full pay lol. Enjoy it.

 

Even on your own that's what you will still be making probably.

 

I was bringing home between 650 and 700 a week take home.

 

That's terrible pay when I was on workers comp I still made $900

 

So trainees make more than the drivers

Some drivers at Swift make 500 a week solo?
