With all due respect for your ambition, which is an admirable trait, let me ask you to do something. Stop for a second and think about the logic in the comments you have made about insurance. Think in the big picture. Imagine yourself as a successful trucking company owner in the future who is interviewing a potential new driver to drive one of your big fancy expensive trucks hauling expensive cargo for your faithful customers--customers you've worked hard to build trust with over the years. Imagine that you hear him saying those same things, and ask yourself what impression it would give you. Does this sound like the kind of responsible individual I want stewarding my equipment and my customers freight? Is this person going to use wisdom and act responsibly or cut every corner looking for every extra dollar he can put in his pocket?
Or imagine that you are a potential shipper interviewing companies regarding a contract to haul their expensive freight. What impression would you have of someone who is willing to ignore laws and take ill-advised risks to save a few dollars? Would you feel comfortable entrusting them with your cargo in order to save a few dollars on your shipping costs?
Sometimes you have to think beyond the present and consider more than just the few dollars you can retain today. Responsible people understand the wisdom of allowing someone with much deeper pockets--the insurance companies in this context--to stand good for the potential risk. Use pennies to protect dollars. Your youth and present good health provide no guarantee that you won't have an issue in the future. One significant injury or medical issue can bankrupt even a wealthy person--I've witnessed it more than once. One accident not covered by insurance can set you back several years worth of profits and can also look frightening to potential employers, customers, etc.
You have ambition. Add wisdom and good decision making to your ambition and you will have a recipe for success. I wish you all the best.

I write my weekly check for one million dollars. Now if I could just find someone to cash it!
-
The above is precisely what I have done, so don't think of it as an unreasonable suggestion. -

I watch that guy on youtube he seems legit and a very positive young man so i don't doubt he makes that kind of money. The other guy Sinister i watched a bunch of his videos he always was #####ing about something. The one video he was whining because they told him to park his reefer truck in the back with the other reefer trucks. He was #####ing that hes tired and had to walk further to the terminal office. For some reason he doesn't grasp simple things like having the trucks organized reefers in one row, dry van in another. He has a bunch of other complaining videos. Then he is "interviewing" people in the offices?! How the hell and why the hell does corporate allow this guy to do that? How many drivers does Knight have probably thousands and this guy is interviewing office people and other drivers like he is a CEO or something lol
Anyway i'm looking into knight myself in PA. Does anyone know anything about the Carlisle PA terminal? How is the freight coming out of there and the office workers? -
As for sin, I wont even go there the dude has so much BS about him its not funny. What he says online vs what he actually does at Knight are to different things the guy is very fake. As for the "interviews" its mainly lowbie recruiters that dont even work for Knight any longer. -
