Adjusted my diet to where i can live out of my 12v cooler ... cutting out the outrageous
food expense of eating out several times a day . ( I restock every 3 or 4 days at the Way Mart
market , most WM's have space to park for Big Rigs and accept that we shop there . )
Set up a strategy to hit the WM's along my routes and it works out pretty well
Not much else that can be done out on the road ... the truck and fuel are supported by the Truck Company ...not much else really goes on out here as far as expenses go... a person should be able to bank their money fairly easily
How much money do you save a month and how to save money OTR

It isn't mt place to tell any man how to spend his money. But at the same time i don't want to hear people complain about how they are living paycheck to paycheck when they eat at the TA twice a day.bryan21384 Thanks this.

Good job

Right. I could never understand that either. Spending is something one can control out here. You do what your paycheck says you can do.spyder7723 Thanks this.

I don't mind. Right now I am invested in land, most of it zoned commercial in the Atlanta Georgia area. I also am part of several mutual funds and I own stock in several large companies. This forum is not a good place to get investing advice. Start saving money and see if your bank has someone that can help you do this. Remember maybe 1 in 50 people that call themselves experts actually are! Keep it simple and remember you are not going to get rich overnight. My retirement is based on almost 40 years of planning.dwells40 and driverdriver Thank this.
