A company can pay you more cents per mile but have a lot fewer miles for you to drive so it is a smaller paycheck from another company with smaller CPM and more miles.
Pay = CPM X Miles.

And how would you know if the person calling you was a driver, and an honest driver, for that company?
People say this all the time, to have the company get you in touch with one of the drivers to have an honest conversation.
How gullible are people?

Out of the frying pan and into the fire. Gone from a $1,000 for a 4 day work week to a 1,000- 1,200 for a 7 day workweek. Plus expenses will go through the roof.
