I will have a year under my belt before I even think about taking the plunge. We're talking another 6 months. Should I wait til I have like $50k in the bank or can it be done with less? TIA!

I was thinking more like year 2 or 3 fwiw. I'm a single guy with nothing but a cell phone bill.

If your gonna do something like that with 50k I would try to buy a truck.. You can buy a good used truck for $30k... and might even get it cheaper than that if they have the cash right in front of their eyes...

I will definitely be leasing from a company to start. Lease for 3 years, save up what I can, then buy.

I'm basically planning ahead right now. Will be a company driver for the next 6months minimum to a year.

Would love to hear opinions on what companies are the best to lease from! Saw in another thread that ATS took good care of their lease drivers.

If you Lease that 50k will turn into $1,000 in like 6 months... Don't fall for Flease

I would but I feel I'll still be too green even with that much saved. I know once accident could wreck me financially. Would rather lease from a company to get my feet wet.

What is the chief reason for this? Aren't there at least 1 or 2 legit lease companies out there?
