I’ve got the one that was originally on the red w900. It’s a heavy sob with the two tarp trays on the top. I even kept the mounting brackets. I’ll sell both pretty cheap. $250?PoleCrusher, Tug Toy, cke and 1 other person Thank this.

We bought the last smooth polished 3 door that Tri-City had a couple months ago. For some reason none of the manufacturers are building them. At the time we were getting quotes of 4-6 months out on production from everybody.snowman_w900, PoleCrusher and cke Thank this.

I'll know 100% by tomorrow. I got asked to come back to my former employer/family, if I do we're leasing onto a flatbed co so gotta outfit the truck.PoleCrusher and cke Thank this.

You need at least 4" between the the corner of the rack and the cab extender brackets. Like on a FL Cascadia.
When you hit a steep driveway entrance at an angle there is enough twisting through the frame and cab airbags it will cause problems. They are $85-90 a piece to replace.PoleCrusher and cke Thank this. -
I tried ordering one of these cab racks and they are backlogged 18 weeks. Still might be worth the wait.

Those are nice... Joplin Petro sells them.cke and PoleCrusher Thank this.

Yep that was my first choice. Had to settle for a 3 door Sturdy-Lite. The rack I got was for a new daycab and is the only storage on the truck. Was going to try getting the 24" deep one so the guy could keep all his equipment, tarps, and padding in it. Got the same extended wait. That big single door sure would have made it easy access into the whole thing.cke, Ruthless and PoleCrusher Thank this.

It looks awesome to get easy access and you don’t have to worry about walking into or knocking a door while it’s open and braking it. However I wonder how it does with ice in winter, and what happens if like an edge protector falls and jams up the roll door.cke, snowman_w900, Razororange and 1 other person Thank this.

Yeah that's a problem I was trying to avoid. Now the doors in both side open right I've the tank steps onto the deck so he has to work around the doors. It isn't too bad since he mostly just keeps chains and binders in there so can just toss them to the deck. We did end up getting a couple 12" wide Merritt saddle boxes without steps that just fit between the tanks and fenders. I think he keeps most of the straps in there.
My biggest worry with that roll up door is what happens if something hits it and dents the door from inside or outside? Does it jam and have to be cut off then?cke and snowman_w900 Thank this.
