How much space is required between back of sleeper and headache rack?

I actually know a guy who has a fab shop up here that could probably build one of those. Or if he doesnt wanna do it, might know someone.

 

Like that roll door idea. Think it would be good when you have a bit of a tight fit. Have to say that it does make for a good question on what would happen if some thing jams or damaged it.

 

A lot of vocational trucks (service, fire, tow, beverage, etc.) use those roll up doors.

And turns out I don't need that headache rack. Its pretty much official that I wont be driving for my family ever again lol.

 

I was looking at one of those at the Joplin Petro. I really like how the whole top opens instead of just the side door. Makes it a lot easier to get to the entire box.

 

i have a 24" model, and its really nice... i also have a set of their fenders...

I ordered the 16" deep one before Christmas, still no word on delivery date..
