How much trouble is this guy really in???

When I was using an automatic I started holding/using the phone a lot more. Struggled focusing but because of the utter boredom driving became I persisted the use. Came back to shifting, 90% decrease.

 

We had the same problem actually. That auto was nice but we became somewhat... lazy with it from time to time unfortunately. But on the other hand... it was a very good auto for what's it's worth. Especially when you consider that it's tuning to the 500 detroit was so good that it will shift when I reached for the stick that was not there when it's time to. It took me months to stop reaching...

 

It's on a lanyard around my neck, tucked into my pocket protector, dontcha know?!?

Company I work for does not allow any phone use while driving. This includes hands free or headset. I like that rule. Someone phones I just let it go to voicemail and return the call when I'm parked safely.

 

I looked on my way out of town today and it happened right where I thought it did .
They are completely re doing 80 thru council bluffs from Madison ave to the Missouri river and will soon be 3 lanes in each direction , all new overpasses and ramps ..road will be completely realigned from Madison ave to the east I 29 split .
Not far to go and 80 will be at least 6 lanes from the east side of council bluffs all the way to the west side of Lincoln .
