OK, I understand that you want to have some idea, so you can build a budget. But it is going to vary, and sometimes it may vary a lot. Also his expenses while OTR will vary.

I think, that taken with what has already been posted here, you are pretty much going to have to wait and see how it shakes out. Try not to get discouraged, sometimes patience is the ONLY thing you can have.
