The cost of going to the movies is a down right shame. The local theatre here in Wooster, Oh is dieing a slow death. It is a great theatre, but if you want a small and I do mean small snack sized popcorn and drink =$9.00. I say BS. I sneak in my own snacks and water , and if they don't like the huge bulge in my pants...too bad.

Ever notice when they do a 'news' story on a particular movie, it's all about how much it made at the box office--never what the movie is about.

"Disney's 3D Tron: Legacy sped to the top of the domestic box office in opening to $43.6 gazillion from 300 theaters, but the weekend was soft overall and studio titles will need strong holiday biz to come out ahead. Disney executives said that if this movie makes as much as they hope, they will all retire to the Bahamas and never work again."
