    I tested a guy last week for job, and to his credit, he did a “full” pre trip.

    Walked by the loaded truck and it was obvious that one of the drives was low. Turns out there were three tires in total below 70 lbs, one at 30. But, he “thumped” them, so he thought he was good.

    Also did not know what a slack adjuster is, what an automatic slack adjuster is, or what brake stroke is.

    I used to kinda thin @Ridgeline was a bit hyperbolic when he talks about the quality of recent graduates, but I apologize. It’s a bit scary how thin the knowledge is for some.
