I was in Elizabeth, NJ this morning getting my twic card and on my way back I was behind a tractor trailer, he does not indicate he is turning right out of the side street we are on, he turns right and goes over the side-walk not just a few inches but half way across it, cuts off the car that has the right of way as he's turning, I am keeping an eye on him now, trying to stay well away. I venture on in the slow lane where I see him go into the furthest left lane without indicating and then come into the middle lane no indicating again. Going in to Newark on the 21 is a real pain and slow going, tons of traffic lights. I some how managed to get in front of him and going in the slow lane on open road, I see this same truck on my left and blow me down, he cuts me off LOL I couldn't believe it. I am not a truck driver yet but I sure that is no way to drive a car let alone a Truck.

Welcome to America, where anyone can now get total control of the highway and drive like theirs no body else on the road.

Sam Hell and CAXPT Thank this.

The drivers in the Tri state area a lot more aggressive than most places, I just toodle along at the speed limit and let them all fight it out for themselves, I usually catch up to most of them at the next traffic light anyway.

Prime example why this industry has a very large revolving door. Why almost 75% of people that start trucking dont make it 10 years.

    NavigatorWife and CAXPT Thank this.

Could you have made that turn any better?
Ask yourself before calling him out, NJ is hard to navigate with a 53 foot trailer.

Very much so. I've had local NJ/NYC drivers pass me on the right hand shoulder on 95, right beyond the GWB. The local drivers there drive without fear of hitting anything, or anyone.

I think you will find poor driving skills in any corner of the us that has roads, people today just don't care about anything or anyone. Its not only on the highway ether, try watching how people conduct themselves in a store it's like their all alone, and if you see a moron pushing a shopping cart with no regard for others follow them on the street, it blows me away to see these fools.
