    "Potts and Philpot both plead guilty to one count of bribery of a public official and were sentenced to 10 years and seven years in prison, respectively, for their roles in the conspiracy.
    Christopher Whitman, 49, was sentenced to 22 years in prison in an Albany.
    Nelson pleaded guilty to one count of bribery of a public official in 2014, and awaits sentencing"
