How often to change oil over 500K?

I change at 12k. Use delvac. 2017 d13. Did same on 2015 d13. Got million plus on both motors, purchased at around 100k miles. Seems to do the job but maybe bit overkill. But I'm not that disciplined with idle and go plenty mountains etc.
