www.rewest.com We're in need of stepdeck drivers right now. I used to pull step deck but recently moved to heavy haul.

I've been down south and it was so hot I would go outside and throw 3 straps then get inside cool truck and drink. Then another 3 and so on. Then I would tighten 3 then another break. Then I had to tarp and that took like 10 breaks. I have 3 air conditioners on my truck and had them all running. The humidity was like 90%. I almost had to cut my clothes off afterwards cause I could hardly get them off. They were part of me.

The older you are the slower you move and that's ok. There is always something you can do while being loaded instead of waiting till the end and doing it all at once.

    Get and count edge protectors.
    Get cheater bar out
    Move sliding winches into place
Pile up tarps in preparation for forklift to lift
Get bungee cords out and pile up around trailer
