I got a call about a postal route that runs 53's from Eureka daily. Are you longer than that?

53 with day cab is about 65 feet. Basic sleeper cab is about 72 feet.

They run sleepers, there's a layover at SFO. He said they run 101. Now I'm even more doubtful.

There's places where they turn their head. That cut by Susanville to go to 395. But I see almost everyone take it.

    I don't.

All you have to do is cross paths with a law enforcement occifer that's had a bad or slow day, and you're gonna get rung up.

That is CA A3, one of the local CHP boys lives in the second house on the north side (closest to 395). His wife likes it nice and quiet...that should be a pretty good hint to steer clear.

Depends on time of day /night, he is usually up on 89 or socializing with his buddies up around Madeline or Alturas.

It’s not like trucks aren’t allowed through there (on A3), just ones longer than 65 ft. To me it’s ridiculous technicalities to bilk money out of people. If a 65 ft truck can make through there than a 68 or 70 ft one can. I’m sure that a-hole sits there waiting and writes a dozen of those a week and fancies himself the county hero. Another reason to stay out of that stupid state.
