They run sleepers, there's a layover at SFO. He said they run 101. Now I'm even more doubtful.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
There's places where they turn their head. That cut by Susanville to go to 395. But I see almost everyone take it.
I don't.
All you have to do is cross paths with a law enforcement occifer that's had a bad or slow day, and you're gonna get rung up.jon69, otherhalftw and speedyk Thank this. -
That is CA A3, one of the local CHP boys lives in the second house on the north side (closest to 395). His wife likes it nice and quiet...that should be a pretty good hint to steer clear.

There's hundreds of guys take that route. Hundreds.speedyk and otherhalftw Thank this.

It’s not like trucks aren’t allowed through there (on A3), just ones longer than 65 ft. To me it’s ridiculous technicalities to bilk money out of people. If a 65 ft truck can make through there than a 68 or 70 ft one can. I’m sure that a-hole sits there waiting and writes a dozen of those a week and fancies himself the county hero. Another reason to stay out of that stupid state.otherhalftw Thanks this.
