Are you a company driver or a lease purchase driver? If you are a company driver, $1,000 a week is not bad money.

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

Again keep blaming drivers while all the suckups and hookups in office did everything right.it is the driver's job to make them do the right thing.

So explain, in detail please, exactly what Schneider did to "make" you get violations?

What was the violation? What happened before, during and after?

We're obviously not understanding why you're so upset. If you can communicate your issues we can help. If you can't, or can't recognize your own roll in a situation then you're beyond help.

I don't have any serious vialations or safety issues, but I was turn down many times by other companies, took me by surprise.
Just be fair when other job on the line. Look how easily Schneider dish out accusations about drivers. Why don't you treat every one nicer ,they may choose not to come here to give reference back. I am not going to tell you who I am,

"No serious violations or safety issues" but were turned down by other carriers. Why exactly were you turned down? What did Schneider tell them to make y po u "lose" the job?

I don't need nor want to know who you are. If you truly want to share your experience and perspective and inform other new drivers, go right ahead. But to push responsibility off onto others without substantiating your claims is BS.

    jeff18 and AM14 Thank this.

I can talk all the things that others sure can relate. You working for Schneider to try to cover up can not be trusted with anything, that is one BS I learn at SNI.

No serious violations? How about a long list of the not so serious ones? A continuing history of even even minor infractions raises red flags to management.
Like maybe they figured you were a time bomb and preferred you explode someplace else?

A company cannot "make" you get violations. Period. 4.5 years with Schneider, and I'm leaving with a perfectly clean record. Pay your $10 on the CSA site, pull your PSP report, and go to the DMV and pull your MVR. If there are bogus violations on there, fight them. If you have not done so as to understand WHY the other companies are turning you down, well... yeah. Schneider's lawyers are too afraid of ANY litigation to go around falsifying your driving record.

In before OP states I worked for Schneider so must be a company shill. Trust me, I've had my share of issues over the years, but them making up stuff on your record is BS.

I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, so help me to understand. I read on this site about how these big companies will somehow put things on a driver's record. But if law enforcement isn't involved, then how can anything be put on your record? The company just tells the FMCSA that "this driver ran a stop sign" and they put it on your record? I don't get it.

Not only that, but WHY in the name of Pete (no offense to any Peterbilt drivers) would a company want their drivers running around with bad driving records? If you own a company, don't you want drivers with squeaky-clean records? Makes the company look better and have more credibility, right? Again, I don't get it.

I guess my questions may sound dumb, but I've been around this industry since the mid 90's and have never understood when people talk about this stuff. Of course I've never driven for one of these mega outfits where nobody knows (or cares) your name, either.
