Is it possible you applied to another carrier and didn't want SNI know? When they did find out because the other company called for a reference HR supplied the reference detailing your time there and it was, well, less than stellar? Is it everyone else's fault that you didn't make your delivery appointment times? Just wondering.

All I can say is I worked for Schneider. They never screwed me in anyway. I highly doubt they maliciously put anything in a driver's record. I have nothing but respect for Schneider and most of the drivers who work for them.

I'm still wondering how your DBL was able to distract you so.

I worked for SNI Intermodel for 4.5 years. I liked everyone I worked with and made really good money for working part time. First thing I always did when I was assigned a truck was check the permit book and make sure ifta stickers were on. I can't tell you how many books were out of date or trucks missing ifta stickers. When I'd say something to the regular driver of the truck, the answer was almost always, it's the companies responsibility to make sure that's up to date.

On the Intermodel side, it's hard to become a trainer. Maybe it's different on van, but there's a rigorous proves to become a trainer for Intermodel.

Nothing is personal art schneider for the most part. You're a driver number. I've called in and talked to staff that I've worked with four 3 years and it's always the same. "Hey John, how's it going? Can I get your driver number?" I have a really hard time believing schneider did anything to you for personal reasons. Even doing a verification of employment is totally automated, you can't even talk to someone.

    Something doesn't smell right.

I worked for them also while briefly, between jobs. While I didn't agree with all their policies I was never micro managed, harassed or blacklisted. I put in 4 months while waiting to get hired at current job. They were surprisingly polite and professional. Didn't hamper me getting current job and nothing really bad to say about anyone I worked with. I do honestly believe most drivers create their own problems

It's not slavery if you can quit. I'm sure Swift would love to retain your services.

I started at Sni in 2005 and was out of Evergreen... I made .27cpm to start overall they were okay. I really enjoyed seeing all of the country and the oc with company car was great. I came from working on Ships and Tugs to driving a Truck. So I took the good with the bad. I recommend Sni to anyone who is starting out...
