If I failed the DOT physical test for too high of a blood pressure or something, how soon afterward can I retake it again?

    Tomorrow morning.

My advice?..Go find out why your blood pressure was up?
Serious issue that can cause alot of organ damage.

135/82 is not failing - above 140/90 is. And by most standards, you might have an extra 10-15 lbs on, doesn't make you overweight... if you're as new to the industry as I tink, I promise, you'll SEE what overweight is...trust me.

There are no current regulations for BMI, I dont remember the numbers for a failing bp, mine was 132/80 and that was fine.

True but some companies use it as a qualifier...

Right, but 170 at 5'6" isn't bad... my max weight in the Air Force, at 5'7", was 179. And I was wearing 34" waist pants and wasn't fat at 180. His "overweight" won't get a second look.

Is this mostly for larger carriers? Curious about this, because I'm overweight.
