I'm just saying, that in this case we don't know the whole story. I don't drive that kind of truck and don't understand all the reasons why they might be doing what they are doing.
However, if I was in that business and it concerned me, I would probably start with the local co-ops and see what they have to say. Also, if I was in that business I would know more about what they are doing and would have more reason to get involved. As it is now, I don't.Blackshack46, goin2fast10 and Ruthless Thank this. -

I'll never understand the mentality that allows someone to stand by and watch a thief. Fear I guess. What goes around comes around.Last edited: Feb 16, 2016

Cool little video. I've never scaled a tridem, but isn't there usually a separate plate at the back of the scale that would trigger another axle weight to appear on the ticket?
-
I delivered to one girl who had less than 100 cubes. She had a small balance, or so she thought. The originating carrier weighed, and saw the tariff by weight was $1,600 more than by cubes, so he changed it on her. Just as illegal as putting you front axle on the scale to bump up your gross.rank Thanks this. -
Obviously I'm not familiar with your specific example.
