I came up over a hill in backwoods Indiana cutting over from 69 to 31 to Kokomo at about 1 in the morning one foggy in the valleys-early Spring
The deer pack I came up on looked like something you would see on the animal planet on the Seringetti.
There were literally hundreds in the cleared corn fields and road.
My truck had Power of the Sun Highbeams and I hit the horn and got on the brakes the second I saw the first one.
They didn’t move at first until a couple started to run and than the whole pack ran across the field and down the road
One of those things that after you see it in the foggy mist you Go. “Well that was pretty Awesome, probably never see that again in my lifetime “
How the heck? (What they should have taught you)

It would probably save trucking companies a buck or two if drivers were given instructions on how to make minor repairs such as splicing wires in order to replace those pesky trailer marker/turn signal lights.Coffey and Wasted Thyme Thank this.

Truck lights are not 110 Volt, they are direct current 12 volt.okiedokie, Wasted Thyme and Lostmykey Thank this.

DC, as proved by Tesla, is more dangerous than AC. Also, it's not voltage that kills, it's amperage. You can survive 220v but you're dead with .5 amps.Flat Earth Trucker, Wasted Thyme, WildTiger1990 and 1 other person Thank this.
