I'm not so sure those "massage" places with truck parking cater to "back and neck problems"o_O:rolleyes:

I actually rolled up a small towel and with a bungy through the middle of it to strap it to the headrest to keep my head lined up with my spine. It took a little bit to get it just right and comfortable but when I did it made a huge difference.

Between that and an electric neck massager thingy I'd lay on for 15 min or so at the end of the day within a month my neck pain was gone.

    Serious story.
It felt like I had a butcher knife sticking under my shoulder blade ( before c-spine surgery) I was dying with pain.
I walked over to massage parlor across the street. I asked for a deep tissue massage. That Chinese female masseuse wanted to play with my ding ding. I was in so much pain, believe me, sex was the last thing on my mind. Everyone I know dreams of finding such a place.. LOL

I burn up 11 hour clock every day. My 14 hour clock was burned. Boss told me to drive conveyance off duty to make it back to terminal. I refused. I had 8 minutes left on clock. I'm probably gonna quit. Amazon's efficiency is almost perfect. Very little waiting, so they can now put twice as many loads on you as compared when I worked Amazon with Swift 2016-2018. Amazon's efficiency back then was not too good. So we would drive 5 hrs and sit 7 hours waiting. Swift lost that account. Not even Swift will bid on 300.00 runs. I work with some small fleet that is tagged Amazon but leased by "Amazon Partner".
I burned up my 11 hour clock every day this week.

I had mild sciatica for several years and didn’t know it, always thought it was a diet thing as chocolate milk always seemed to set it off.
Then a year ago March my trailer dolly leg crank was almost frozen and I gave it too much effort and crushed a disc in my back..
It didn’t hit me for about two days, then I was almost in tears driving. I found out what strong sciatica was and recognized it as what I been experiencing for several years, only way worse now.
I did the rolled up towel trick, that helped a lot. So I got a lumbar cushion and still use it today. Also set the seat back upright, always had it leaning back before.
Now I’m good as new and never seem to have any issues.
