Hey guys I am new to the fourm and CBing
but i have been listening to people in my area talk on the radio and i want to talk to them but i always feel like i will be interupting.
so i go to another channel and ask if anyone is out there. but there ius never a response
Is there a good way to get into a conversation with out like interupting. I really just want to talk and have a good time like everyone else. Thanks guys

Its funny but the guys and girls talking are probley hoping some will break in and add new stuff.
Its an anonymous hey, so what if they dont like it!! -
good point it is anonymous. and not only that, but in the FCC's rules section 7 sub section E states: "You must share each channel with other users." so they cant tell you to get off the station. they don't have to talk to you on the other hand though. but from personal experience, a good joke, and manors are a nice way to break into conversation."
or if you wanna do it late 70's style, throw a little "on the side" in there

Well, if they are chatting on 19, then they should expect to have other participants. But if one guy says to go to another channel, I assume that to mean they want a little privacy.
