A few people I was working with and spent a lot of time with, dropped off the radar for a few weeks/months. Later they said someone contacted them by private message offering to help them. I guess that's ok as long as they found good employment.

 

Sounds like a little illegal recruiting going on? If you want it to stop you know what to do.
