You get drowsy around hour seven? Hmm... I wonder if that's why they made those half hour breaks mandatory?
And if you are having problems eating healthy out on the road, you should look into getting a plug-in cooler and a lunchbox stove. There is no excuse in this day and age to eat garbage on the road. I can live out of a 48" high top Unibilt sleeper for five straight days. Anyone with a condo sleeper should be able to go weeks without a resupply.DoubleO7 Thanks this. -
Absolute! Take a nap! I find a power nap of about 45 minutes is all I need when this happens! Merry Christmas

I've been thinking this along with stress, and missing family. Is the biggest safety concern in this industry. This is the fist stage of many other issues leading to our health. I think all day every day until my mind is numb. To go to sleep. Or eat food excessively also if I can't sleep. Many seems they drink alcohol before bed. Exercise either make you tired or awake. There is no right answer here. But many issues.

Watching Qvc or golf makes me nod off easily.

Man I thought I was the only one that did this!

Nap does wonders you don't want to drive drowsy. You put others at risk

Every person is different. I cannot take naps halfway through my day. I do better getting out and doing some push-ups and walking around the truck and getting a cup of coffee

A return back to the old hos rules may help.
#1don Thanks this.
