What he said. My dispatcher has done this to me a couple times, I often wonder why its a little better than usual rates we have gotten last couple weeks and see why when I see the rate con. Load was already late being picked up by a couple hours. Just wish he would put the squeeze on the brokers cajones a little more. Squeeze em til they pop and diamonds fall out. Or tell em "sorry boutcha" and hang up.

So I won't be nice about this but the company isn't the problem, your choice is.
If you DO NOT have a contract, then go work for a company that will have you driving only as an employee. -
I mean, I need to go somewhere else but the company is the problem. I was promised things that never happened, it is just straight up lying to me.

Start delivering food with you car for companies like Uber Eats and you'll start making some money right away.

@Harvest Bad dispatch can't be fixed by drivers. All you can do is find a different carrier with better dispatch.
