    What does Werner's contract state?????

If it is in writing and both parties sign in agreement and without duress...it is a legal and binding contract...

Do they guarantee a set a amount per year or do they guarantee a set amount per mile?

You can go to another company but why bother this industry is ruined once you have been driving for several years and the good feeling of doing something important wears off you get tired of being homeless and living paycheck to paycheck in your truck I would have styed driving truck forever for 45k a year its not out there its a lie and its only getting worse.

Your probably beating a dead horse as this thread is two years old. It's not a lie you can make decent money out here, sometimes it just boils down to being in the right place at the right time.

A blast from the past about Werner AKA the blue screw.

They must be doing something right;they have a good business model;good for them, not so good for drivers.
