How to eat cheap with a trainer?

Where did you train?

 

I cook in my crockpot and have a microwave. I generally share with my trainees. And, of course, they are free to use the microwave anytime. I didn't take them to raise, as the old saying goes. But I am not gonna makes them smell my crockpot cooking all day and not share. All our companies trucks have inverters and fridges installed, so they can use them too.

 

Based on your avatar, if you wear the jersey I am sure people will give you food...

• Every good truck stop has a McDonald's and you can eat off the dollar menu. Just say no to that microwave junk full of sodium. Do these guys want you to die from high blood pressure. You can also get good cheap meals from taco/roach coaches.

I dont want him to die...but its only 6-8 weeks AND he said cheap....

After that, he can eat like a KING with all the miles he'll be getting....LOL

People from the other thread said trainee's take home 6 to 700 bucks a week so no need to penny pinch!! Live large man!!

Just bring cash/credit card. Your trainer will tell you what will fit in his truck and he probably has a better food plan than you do. At some point, you will be hitting a grocery store.
