Apple butter is like crack. I didn't read 6 pages of replies but you can always grab yourself a little cooler and throw it on your bunk to save trainer fridge space. I always pack some fruit canned pineapple oranges lunch meat bread chips protein bars are good those musclepharm bars are really good protein shakes in the little pre packed deals I can eat for a whole week for under 55 60 bucks at a Walmart or dollar store. Frozen meals are cheap at Walmart. Sorry if someone has already said this

32, weigh 180 and 5'11. Drink tons of water, and don't get lazy out there.

Potatos carrots onions peppers and a roast, beef or pork your choice. That's 3 days of food right there for about 25 bucks and enough spare veggies for the next batch.

Between all the coldcuts, soups & stews I got gout when OTR. It feels like a broken bone. Also, drink lots of water.

The only problem with that is if you do drink lots of water have to go to the bathroom often.

You need to be stopping every two hours to walk a bit anyway.

Funny question. Is it possible to cook anything on the engine? Like open something in a can and set it on top of the engine? I heard of old schoolers doing this before.

Lots of things. I used to eat cans of soup heated on the exhaust manifold. Baked potatoes that way to.
