How to eat cheap with a trainer?

Yes. I once met a guy who took out a burrito wrapped in foil from near his turbo. He offered to show me how he did it, but I couldn't really see myself ever using that method.

 

How do you guys drink a lot of water on the road? I have no problem with drinking water but i drink alot at home now and i'm up 4-5 times in the night taking a leak. Water is great but it makes you piss too much.

 

If you are getting up to pee 4 times a night you need to see a dr.

 

I don't think so drinking 2 big bottles of water right before i go to sleep is not the best idea. Every time i get up to pee it would come out like a fire hydrant lol

 

Well ya, if you are going to sink half a Gaskin of fluid right before going to sleep you will be getting up a lot. Hydrate during the day, not at the end of it.

 

Yeah i know but guys say drink a lot of water during the day so if you do that while driving you're gonna need to use the bathroom a lot. Water goes right through people.
