The O'l 78 K100 Arrodyne I drove had a cooler built in behind the passengers seat. Made it real nice to throw a sandwhich together while stopping to tap my kidneys anyway. Always had things from home that would last all week. Rolling campsite.

I haven't gain a pound in 20+ years trucking, but my diet is for the most part boring...

Breakfast is berries smoothies made in my vitamix in the truck plus a bowl of all bran mix with special K and a cappucino.

Lunch is a muffin with nuts mix orange juice litlle bit of cheese and crackers.

Diner always early around 1500-1600 could be lasagna or bowl of chilli with again little bit of cheese or whatever green stuff that i could get my hand on at wal mart just throw everything in the vitamix and 7 mins later it's steaming hot.

If a good mexican restaurant is on my route i might skip the diet for mexican food really love mexican food!!!

I have an apu in the truck + fridge and micro wave.

My diet is like i said for the most part pretty boring but it has been working for me.

Thanks to Joseph and everyone that is sharing their habits it is giving me new ideas to change my routine diet
