How to find good job wile in school based on route destination

Hey guys I'm in cdl a school currently hear in pa ( Allentown ish aria ) just started my driving seasons so will be graduating in next couple weeks

What I'm having trouble with is finding companies that specifically run primarily between pa and maine ( as far up 95 as possible but up to Bangor is most likely as high as they go regularly ) ideally the job I'm looking for your be regional or dedicated , run some real miles because I want to learn as much as I can and be on 5-8 days home 2 , I have tanker n doubles endorsement but would like to start with dry , reefer or flat to start for few months before doing tank

( so far have applied to schnider Werner and pottles )


I know that pa to maine wouldn't be the only route id be running , but I had bought land all the way up at top of 95 in Maine and would really like the benifet of doing 34 hr reset up that way once a month or so. That way could clean up the driveway there and set up camp with power and water and camper on the new land .

Figured id take an extra sec to clarify , I don't really care where I drive in between but would like the option when taking 34 he reset to b either in maine ( and somewhere I could park an extra car at so when I leave truck to take 2-3 he drive north to my new property I wouldn't need to find an uber or something like that )or home in pa

 

Do they take new grads I didn't c on there web page , if so any idea pay ( i noticed student rate is not near advertised and understand y of course )

 

Happen to have any more suggestions on who I should look into , I'm scheduled to take my cdl a test on Tuesday
