Honestly, most of the stops on my gps indicated if they were full service, use that with you're google maps to see what's around the stop as well. But the best way, after you've been out there a year or so, you'll visits some that you like and don't like and come up with your own great list. There are some that I actually miss since I've been running dedicated

Op I would also recommend getting yourself a pocket size truckstop book. Its actually a necessity for truckers. It tells you how big it is by sm,med, large and fuel only and also tells you if they have a scale. It really is a great tool to have when planning your route or just wanna stop and take a brk.

As you get experience you will learn where the good truck stops are. If I'm going to an unfamiliar area I use my Rand McNally GPS to find rest areas or truck stops on my route. I use Google Maps to see if parking is good and the Trucker's Path app to see if parking is currently available.

As others have noted, DON'T rely on eating at truck stops. At a minimum get a good 12v cooler and make a couple of stops at a Walmart each week. I RARELY buy ANY food at a truck stop.

A great truck stop for me has a bar and grill nearby for supper and a McDonalds for breakfast.

Use phone to find places to eat locally.

Use google to check for parking around choices.

    Go eat.

Get job where yo do not have to sleep in truck.

Agreed, if we are judging based on food then service plazas are usually decent. That one on 95 in Delaware has a ton of options.

The only problem with those plazas is the price of the food. My last trip on the NY throughway I almost passed out at how much the food was at the McDonald's there. Needless to say I did without. The food is also kind of high on the PA turnpike too.
