How to find new leads on customers. Little help?

Hi all. I feel like a fool. My nephew told me all I have to do is use our "Fleet Manager" and filter out deliveries or contracts 6 months older or older and take a 2nd run at them so I have a ton of contacts. Sorry I wasted peoples time BUT not all is in vain. Maybe I find some new leads here too.
