So found out the insurance company does not have the policy for
On Hook Towing Insurance. So now I need to find out how to get this information? Called the company that did the damage and they say they will call me back. Yeah sure they will.

Might have to get a lawyer involved on this one. Dunno if transmission damage from improper towing would fall under on hook or general liability.

It falls under on hook is what I was told. Will be getting a lawyer on this Waiting on my lawyer to find one that works in Florida that she trusts.

I'm only trying to be logical here, but with the government, that doesn't always work. It would seem that an interstate tow company would need motor carrier authority, just like we do. That means liability and cargo. While your truck was on hook, it was cargo. You should be able to find it on the safer page.

Yep I thought the samething. It is not per insurance company. They are smart as they have that policy with someone else so it does not show up on safer.
