Honestly, CH Robinson should just be avoided. If it's a one truck operation, they don't care about you. And good luck getting any detention if you don't use them often.

While the kid I worked with was nice, the brokers that put my load together screwed up my delivery appointment by two days. Two days on a 200 mile load.

When all was said and done they didnt GAF.
