how to get a dispatcher from oilfield to dispatch my loads?

    My oilfield dispatcher’s resume is a joke. 2 months at a job, then 3 months, then 4 months, then 2 months… all before he came to work with us. Been with us for four years because he has no real responsibility other than showing up. The experienced drivers are the ones doing the actual work and solving problems. For some reason he keeps his resume up online and is oblivious to how it looks.

    Sounds familiar. Dispatcher at my old gig did a terrible job for several years. Then they promoted him !
