Well Today I was contacted by Schneider and they have set up a time for me to start orientation in Green Bay on the 10Th. I have a slight problem though, They want my drivers license numbers as well as dates for my previous address in New Mexico. It has been years since I surrendered my New Mexico DL and I don't know the issue dates or numbers on the license. I do know that I don't have enough time to request this information by mail and meet the orientation date. You would think Schneider has the connections to automatically get this information in their back ground check. I dont think the state would just give me the info on the phone.Any suggestions??? THANKS

    $375? Nooooooooooooooo!

To request a copy of your own driver record, complete a Confidential Records Release form or call 1-888-683-4636
    (1-888-MVD-INFO)

Get it straight from the source and save $300 or so.

Make sure you bring everything including your own copy of your MVR to orientation. If you have driven before make sure you get your DAC too! Bring a formal typed employment history for at least the past ten years and if you have worked for yourself make sure you have your 1099's with you. If there are any gaps in employment you must have a written letter from someone verifying this and the reason. If you had workman's comp or were sick for a lenthy period of time during the ten years you will also probably need a doctors note. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS STUFF! Life will suck if you do not bring this stuff with you. Trust me! Good luck!

I'm in the same boat. I forgot my Texas license info and looked all over for a similar site that I could request info and records. Does anyone know where I could find this info?
