My best customers are old school and just getting the hang of e-mail. Stepping into their office is like stepping back to 1980 LOL. Every now and then they slip and use the fax machine, but I don't say anything. A great rate via fax pays just the same as the e-mail copy.

I've used this since January of last year and it works very well. First 500 pages (in or out) for $7.95/mo with your own personal number. You can fax and receive via your own email (as PDFs). Also, I believe additional pages are $0.03/page after that. Which I've never reached.

Nice thing about email or fax paperwork is that the updated Adobe Reader can let you save a copy of your signature (just sign a paper and scan it, saving it as your signature) without ever printing and scanning again. Plus, you can add text that is clearly visible and looks professional.

You will also need access to Wifi or the internet via an air card. I would buy an all in one printer so that you can print, scan and copy.

I used metrofax also. You can download Genius Scan if you have a smart phone and use your phone camera like a scanner. Genius scan will convert the picture to PDF - used this to send POD as well. I had a 3 in 1 printer but didn't use it for the last year I had it. I just told the broker I would E-mail confirmation of the rate/load and that worked fine.

So what would you guys recommend for a 3 in 1 printer and a power inverter. I already have a 1,000 watt inverter and was wondering if perhaps I may need to upgrade or would I be ok at 1,000 watts
