    Nor do BP meds.

The resolution, in most cases, is a combination of exercise and proper diet. Proper diet is a much debated subject, but a good start is whole food, comprised of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, basically what comes out of the earth. It worked for me.

The reason to lower your B P even if your not a truck driver is to avoid a Stroke. Which can be fatal. The correct Meds will do it faster . The problem with meds is, they all have side effects. But you can work, go on a diet, eat better.

They also warn people with high B P to not take the product. If you are in good shape, your heart rate is lower, and your B P is lower. The supplements are great, you do more reps, heavier reps.

Yeap your right but i would go easy on the fruits(still has sugar even though its natural),stay away from wheats n mkst grains cause the body looks at them and says "WTF" do we do with this forign substance?" and stores as fat..
    Beef,chicken,fish,no wheats(breads/pastas)no cookies n cakes,no added salt or sugars..Easy on the spuds..
Try real nuts like cashews but none of those lil bar nuts, you want the good fats in cashews..
Stay away from alot of the juices(sugars and lots of it),milk but cream is ok..
Wanna go a step further eat beaf n chicken from farmer who let their livestock roam a lil(free range)and wild caught fish, none of this farmed crap...Plus as mentioned a lil simple daily excersize...
I was eating better myself for awhile and the last few weeks im back to fast foods..It takes a lil time but you feel the changes like ,energy, sometimes skin conditions, bedroom desire, bathroom #2 trips increase, how often you eat and yes the good ole dicky dooo(thats when your gut hangs out more than your dicky dooo)I can feel it in my belly and it sticks out more, almost always tired,no get up n go..
Change your habits and two or 3 weeks later you will see and feel a change ..

Over time your circulation system becomes restricted, plaque builds up. Slowing the flow of blood, raising your blood pressure. If you are close to having normal B P, you can lower it by diet and exercise. If you are trying to pass a DOT exam. You might want to look at other solutions. Foods like Brocoli, beets, olives Almonds
Do some research. From personal experience, I found that the fried chicken diet is not the best . The Mediterranean and Mexican are better.

The plaque deal is incorrect....Its actually inflamation of the inside of said veins due to diet/alergys ect..

I have CAD and I can tell you it is a plaque buildup! I have had this explained to me by two different heart docs. There are some minute differences but to get into that kind of detail would involve writing 2000 or more words. While it is not 100% accurate to call it all plaque, it is accurate enough for the discussion on TTR.
