Thats a problem. Communication is key, this may not have happened if the driver Communicated with them. You can try to just have the driver on the do not load list, by contacting the agent. But that was a big no bo what he did. If you were the broker, you would have done the same thing if that was done to you.

I had them threaten me numerous times to never see a glory of a tql load again.
I would say it depends how badly the next one will need to push the load out. I had some say, oh I see you had that load cancelled previously, are you sure you are going to stay on this one? And she gave it to me. Another one said I did not meet the qualifications requested for the load, I asked what were they, so I could improve, she repeated that I didn’t meet them and I didn’t get the load.
I would say it’s not permanent, but you may get refused a load from them once or twice in the near future.
Than after the load you crapped up for them is in the past and you complete other ones on time it has less and less impact.Last edited: May 4, 2022
