We are trying our best to find drivers. What is the best way to go about this? Tried craigslist; that is not working at all. What could we possibly do next?

I'm currently driving, but looking for a team position where I could train my wife (recent CDL grad). We don't want to hire on with a big fleet. If you're interested, call me at 512-364-4646 ........Floyd

That's easy money talks!

Your website doesn't even have a driver section. An online application along with the basic information like pay and equipment might help. Are you looking for owner ops or company drivers?
-
Talk to a CDL school administrator; have him cherrypick drivers for you from the classes. You might get one driver from a class and none from the next and 2 or 3 from the next.

so is this hansen transportation, hansens&adkins auto transport? which one? what type of equipment? list more info about your company, about your offer, requirements, training options, do you have friends and family program where a driver can train a friend or family to be a driver? just list these and more info and you'll get everyones attention.
