so i got a summons in the mail for running the scales...i never been stopped for that and the number on my license is not the number thats on the citation

They may have got a pic of you bypassing the scale, and tracked you down through the truck/company. Or it could have been somebody else's ticket mistakenly sent to you. If you got the summons, they are onto you. Fail to appear and they could suspend your license, so you definitely don't want to ignore it. Might want to hire a lawyer to look into what evidence they have against you and then decide what your next step should be.

thats what i was thinking...but i dont see how they can suspend a license thats not even close to my license number but im giving them a call tomorrow

Where are the scale they are claiming you didnt stop ? And how much is the citation for ?

i pull into all scales to be on the safe side...but the scale is pike county mississippi

That's an easy fix... Court people can be stupid and you may still need to get a attorney... Never hire a lawyer always an attorney!
