You have to cut down on calories, no more then 2,500 a day. Alot of drivers count their calories from morning to evening. Your only 30 and you will get fatter every year if you dont do something. Exercise alone is not enough. I know a driver who started counting calories a year or so ago and he lost 80 pounds.

Counting calories does work wonders. I did it for a while, and had some success. But ultimately I hated it. How does one count the calories in a plate of lasagna??? You can't!!!

The pastor at our church weighed in at 395 lbs. He signed up for My Fitness Pal, and counted calories. He also started riding bicycle and running. Within two years he lost 200 pounds. He still counts calories at every meal, weighs everything he eats, and is fanatical about it. But it worked for him.

Yep. If you don't eat it you don't have to jog and diet it off later.

Make sure you get that special order truck that provides extra extra room between the drivers seat and steering wheel, so that way your belly can fit lol.

    truckdriver31 Thanks this.

I’ve never been to a truck stop, if you had bothered to read the OP you would have gathered as much.
