How to know if i have high idle time on my truck

    My truck has around 610000 miles and around 14111 hours of idle time.is this considered high idle time?

    Well I guess it could be total run time. The deal on the dash didn't clarify. Just said hours. Didn't think it could be total hours.

    I believe that is total engine hours. Divided out that's about 45mph average. I would not think that would be high idle hours. A scanner might give you the total idle hours.
