Going to have my DOT physical in 2 weeks. BP is pushing high range 175ish. Not real huge but not a underwear model by any means. How can I get this lowered within the 2 weeks so I can pass the physical and keep the blood sugar under control, thanks.

i went in to my DOT medical my blood pressure was liek 170 they took it a couple times lady eventually said ok and did it with my long shirt on and passed me ive sine went to the doctor and got meds i dont take them at all but they work for my next medical get meds do exercise eat healthy
