Please stay away from sugar, salt, fry foods. Eat fruits and veggies, chicken and fish. Lose weight bro. You are 110 lbs overweight, a whopping 110 lbs. Drop those pounds and youe BP will automatically drop.

I am 6', sometimes 6'1", depending on who is measuring me, and around 165 pounds.
Low sugar and salt intake (my blood tests always come back saying I have a low sodium count with everything else being in the normal range), and I eat mostly salmon and chicken, always with veggies. Rice or potato to go along with.
Weight and food are not always the main factors with blood pressure. -

but I also love bacon.
Seriously though, everyone always wants to blame bacon when they have high BP or cholesterol. I was in the same boat. Elevated BP and cholesterol. Doc wanted to put me on pills and I refused. Went back and started eating like my grandparents did. Bacon and eggs every day for breakfast. And not store bought garbage either. Salt cured and smoked bacon from a local butcher shop.
Went back to the doctor 2 months later and my blood pressure and cholesterol levels were normal and I lost 20 lb.Brettj3876 and dwells40 Thank this.
