When offered a load from upstate NY to Miami, FL (1400 miles) and asked for a rate, quote a fair rate of $3 /mile. Works every time.

Yeah like $2 a mile is "a good rate" on that for a dry van, where the heck have you been?? And they can get it covered no problem for much less than a "good rate" of $2 a mile, right? Well have at it then *click* always wondering why are they wasting time calling a posted truck, or a lead on an empty one if all they can offer is CHEAP... Obviously they don't really need you as much as you would think but maybe later they will call back, yeah, right... LoL

You're a post spammer.

Yeah I turned down a load this morning so what am I to do? It's technically still a "work day" but I've got more time on my hands today than typical "work days" where it's normally only 30 minutes here and there that the spams go out... LoL

Heck, I even posted in the comments: "No cheap freight" "Minimum $800 or $2/mile" I'm pretty sure his offer was going to be less than $2/mile, but I never got to hear it.

Hey, LSAgentOZR, go smack your brother who accepted and posted that 38K full truck load from Cranbury, NJ to Lakeland, FL for $1.55/mile. He's making the rest of you look bad.

Maybe it was your "brother" agency MRE - or some such agency? (sorry, could not resist another slap at MRE they just posted 90 cents a mile on 540 miles a minute ago LoL)
